“Call for artists over 60
The non-government organisation ALT@RT o.s. is appealing to you with the offer to participate in its transnational project EDGE directed by Petra Tejnorová. We look for artists over 60 from the field of performing arts (dance, theatre) being open for experimental theatre.
The Pre-premiere is going to take place at October 2nd 2012 at the New Stage of the National Theatre in Prague. Premiere: end of February 2013 in Prague
About the production
With international orientation this original production examines the life of people over 60, who worked all their life in different roles and professions at the theatre. It will work structurally with the not too exhausted area between the languages of theatre and dance breaking through the border separating the „documentary“ way of telling narratives arising from the experiences of our actors from the stylized form of theatre.

Partner Countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Germany
We are going to select two performers from each country during the selection workshops
Cost transfer: Selection workshop in Slovakia for each participants: travelling expenses, accommodation, one meal per day (lunch)
Rehearsals period with chosen performers: travelling expenses, accommodation, honorarium”
